- You'll receive an email confirmation with your download link immediately.
- Click the link to download your PDF pattern file.
- Open it on any device, or print it at home — it's yours to keep forever.
🔄 Refund Policy
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been downloaded.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will make it right:
- Your download link is broken or expired
- The file is corrupted or won't open
- You were charged but never received your download
- You accidentally purchased the wrong pattern
