How do I receive my pattern?
All our patterns are instant digital downloads. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files any time from your order confirmation page.
What format are the patterns in?
All patterns are delivered as PDF files. You can open them on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — or print them at home.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, reach out to us at oetayeb@gmail.com and we'll sort it out right away.

Are the patterns suitable for beginners?
Many of our patterns are beginner friendly! Browse our Beginner Friendly collection to find the perfect starting project. Each pattern listing also notes the recommended skill level.
What language are the patterns written in?
All patterns are written in English using standard US crochet terminology (e.g. sc = single crochet, dc = double crochet).
Do the patterns include a materials list?
Yes! Every pattern includes a full materials list — yarn weight, hook size, stuffing, safety eyes, and any other supplies you'll need to complete the project.
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
You're welcome to sell finished handmade items created from our patterns in small quantities. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the PDF pattern files themselves.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and any other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to hear about promotions and discount codes. You can also use code COZYLOOP20 for 20% off your first order (valid until July 19, 2026).
